| If for any reason a customer chooses to cease conducting business with Speakmandarin.com, he or she can request a refund for payments made within the last 15 days. Any sessions that have taken place during this period will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. To request a refund a customer must send an email to Payment@speakmandarin.com with his or her username and the email address used to register on Speakmandarin.com. If the customer is eligible for a refund, Speakmandarin.com will notify them of refund approval and process the refund using the method used for payment within 30 days. |
