Business Etiquette and Culture
Have you ever heard "giving face" and "guan xi"? Has communication with your business partners in China been giving you a headache? Have you ever felt at a loss in a Chinese-style business banquet? The Business Etiquette and Culture course has been designed to provide business professionals like you with a systematic and practical introduction to Chinese business etiquette. The goal of this course is to promote a better understanding and appreciation of a business culture that is very different from western culture. This course is open to students at all levels. Course formats include an introduction to Chinese business etiquette and scenario-based practice with the coach. Based on your level, the introduction will be conducted either in English or in Mandarin Chinese.
