浙江大学动物科学学院的副教授闽思佳,最近呢,用蚕丝研制出了一种新型的人造皮肤,用于治疗大面积的皮肤缺损,并且呢,促进皮肤愈合,减少疤痕。日前这一成果已经通过了专家验收,并且获得了国家发明专利。
Min Sijia, an associate professor with the Animal Science Institute of Zhejiang University, has recently developed a new type of artificial skin from silk. The artificial skin is used to treat large area skin defects, and it can expedite the skin's healing process and reduce scars. A few days ago, the new product passed the experts' appraisal and has received the national invention patent.
据介绍,人造皮肤可以做成任意的形状,最薄的可以做到0.5毫米。柔软性接近人的皮肤,韧性和这个贴复性都非常地好。当患者有需要的时候呢,可以将人造皮肤直接地放置在创伤的皮肤上,敷料很快就与皮肤严丝合缝地扣合在一起了。而且这种材料很容易保存,用冰箱呢,一般性冷藏,解冻以后呢,就可以使用。
According to what was presented, the artificial skin can be made into any shape and as thin as 0.5 millimeters. Its softness is similar to that of human skin, with excellent tenacity and affinity. When needed, the artificial skin can be placed directly on the patient's damaged skin and the biodressing would quickly affix to the skin in a seamless way. The artificial skin is also easy to preserve. It can be kept in regular refrigerators and ready for use after thawing.
据了解,仅在中国每年因为意外事故或者是疾病导致皮肤缺损的病患者人数呢,高达三百二十万。美国、日本等国虽然成功地找到了利用这个胶原蛋白或者是甲壳素等原材料生产生物敷料的方法,但是由于价格昂贵等问题,目前难以在中国和世界其他地方大规模地应用。
